If your order is not right, contact us and we will explain the return process.

Return request window

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Email info@mirrordan.com with your order number, reason for the request and photographs where relevant. Please do not send the item to the business address without return instructions.

Return condition

For a change-of-mind request, please retain the product, included accessories and packaging. We will explain the applicable eligibility requirements, return address and shipping responsibilities when reviewing your request. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy under applicable law, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and approved, we aim to process refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the funds.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. An order that has shipped may need to follow the return process.
